Last time I got model with animation imported to Godot BUT animation was wrong way.
I decided to rehash my model:

So i removed half of the model, added more definition and mirrored sides to save time and add presision to both sides of model
reworked golem:

more definition on body and face, took few hours.
i noticed little bit of mishap, head was not attached to neck 😀

Generating rig causes problems, hips are upside down 😀

After MANY re-does:

Good enough.
My leg does not work
When I tested in pose mode I found some issues:

It was duplicate vertex groups 🙂
Seems like when you unparent rig and mesh vertex groups are left behind. so i take it was those that caused problems.
After cleaning everything, creating new rig we got ALMOST working version:
We fix that next time.
